LEARN ABOUT CLEARVIEW FAMILY TREE FARM
The Best in the Business
We here at Clearview Family Tree Farm take pride in the wide selection and variety of trees available. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable defines the smiling faces ready to take you on a wagon ride to the fields or explain the different species of trees offered here at the farm, from the traditional Scotch pine to the "Cadillac" of Christmas trees, the Fraser Fir, and all in between. There is a tree for every taste to choose and cut or carry home live to replant after the holidays. Each cut tree is shaken, drilled, and carried to your car for you.
Clearview Family Tree Farm has once again been selected as one of the top 9 best Christmas Tree Farms in Indiana by "Best of AmericanTowns", a property of AmericanTowns Media. We aim to make your experience here as informative and enjoyable as possible
With the solar eclipse of 2024, also came an additional fun event here at the farm We joined the family of HIPCAMP (hipcamp.com) and we now offer primitive tent camping for 8 sites when the tree farm is not in operation (check our listing for more booking information and availability) This is a totally independent camping site that allows folks to find hidden gems of places to pitch a tent and spend a few days in nature. It also allows folks like us to open our farms to such events and it has been great fun!
CLEARVIEW FAMILY CHRISTMAS TREE FARM
Due to the lateness of Thanksgiving, we will have a "soft opening" for folks to place orders for greenery and wreaths as well as pre cut tree sales on Saturday November 23nd and Sunday November 24th from noon to 5 pm then running weekends only through December 15th (we will be open on Friday November 29th for our first festival weekend as usual running 3 days)
This year we anticipated a great season with some really beautiful trees that have grown all year in the field as well as some lovely pre cut trees ready to hop onto the hood of your vehicle.

We will have two weekends of crafts and artisans sharing their wares. We have had so many wonderful vendors wanting to be a part of the farm festivities that we expanded our availability to visit our vendors to two weekends. So many people told us they were busy and always missed the festival and our vendors are all about being at the farm so its the best of both worlds. Friday will from now on be called Green Friday down on the farm!

A word about the festival weekend of 2023:
Our vendors did not disappoint with Al Taylor and his fine jewelry and stained glass, Mary Leonard with Aprons from the Heartland, Tonya Campbell with her delicious cocoa bombs and cake pops, Sisters Sunderies with their soaps and fragrance items, Jeff Newton with his wonderful hand spun and woven wool scarves, Wayne Smith a true Shelby County artist, John Henry with wood crafts, Carol Naughton and her fabulous display of ornaments and craft items, Branch Shepherd running his forge and making wonderful cast iron work demonstrating a craft long since passed. Corey's Food truck with their fabulous pulled pork nachoes, Agiyosi Kettle Corn provided wonderful flavored popped corn for sampling and for purchase! The Arlington Girl Scouts and Rushville Boy Scouts rounded out the fun.
And entertainment!!! Wow did we have the best!
We were blessed to again have the incredible Ron Hobbs with his ELVIS production - always a treat and he keeps going as long as his leg keeps moving and as an extra treat he had Baby Elvis with him and he was a hunk of cuteness ! Gary Lauziere returned to the stage for a wonderful step back in time with songs from the original Rat Pack among other great artists, Joel Delashmit and his Encomium Ensemble with their native American flutes, Moon Cave Ramblers, Catrina Campbell and Friends as well as the Blue River Community Choir all the great entertainment we featured at the farm on the inside stage! And outside on both Saturdays, Barnyard Party Pals had their amazing exotic animals and pony rides for the kids. It was an incredible time down on the farm.
The BEST part is they will all be back in Season 2024!!!
The Norris family was always a huge part of the historic Homer Festival of arts and crafts in the 70's and are these days trying in a small way to bring back the true meaning of the word artisan. Every single one of our vendors are unique and extremely gifted. No flea market stuff here
